How to Keep Your Account Active

To continue using your Videolinq AppSumo plan, you must:

• Comply with Videolinq’s Terms & Conditions.

• Maintain a valid customer profile with the same name and full address used during the original AppSumo purchase.

• Use your account at least once within 12 months. Inactive accounts will be suspended and cannot be restored.

 

Email Address Changes & Ownership Verification

To avoid fraud and unauthorized transfers, accounts on Videolinq AppSumo are non-transferable. They cannot be sold, shared, or assigned to anyone, even within the same company.

 

If you change your business or email address, Videolinq will only approve updates if your personal information remains the same.

To request an email change:

1. Open a chat with Videolinq support.

2. Provide identity verification: Upload a government-issued ID (passport, driver’s license) that matches your original Videolinq account details.

3. Prove ownership of the new email address (e.g., utility bill or official document).

 

Prohibited Use of Email Alias Services

To maintain the integrity of our services and prevent unauthorized account transfers or resales, the use of email alias or forwarding services (e.g., mailinator.com) for account registration or access is strictly prohibited. If an account is found to be transferred, sold,  shared, or leased, Videolinq reserves the right to suspend or terminate the account without a refund.

 

AppSumo Promotion & Redemption Policy

If you purchased a Videolinq AppSumo plan but missed the redemption deadline or failed to meet account requirements, you can apply a special 50% Lifetime Discount toward a new Videolinq monthly plan.

• Deadline for redemption: February 1, 2023.

• After this date, AppSumo codes will no longer be accepted, and suspended accounts cannot be restored.

 

Changes to the Original Offer

• Videolinq Player: The player was included in the original offer with a limited bonus data allowance. Due to overuse issues, continued access requires a separate purchase.

• nDVR & CNAMES: These features have been discontinued and are no longer available.
