Read this if you offer caption services.

Are you providing closed captioning services for a customer? We recommend that the party who controls the video owns the Videolinq account. Ask your customer the following:

To open a Videolinq Basic or higher subscription plan.
To create a channel, and enable captions option # 3 (manual operator).
To configure their channel and media encoder and share with you the credentials to send the live captions.
Ask also for the operator operator link, to listen to the broadcast.
Connect to a Videolinq partner (1CapApp, AI Media, Streamtext, Telestream, or Voice Interaction).
Wait for the customer to start the video. Send the captions.
When the broadcast ends, stop sending the captions before the video stops.

Copy the server, stream key, and password details.
Share the credentials and audio link with your caption’s operator. Ask them to connect to Videolinq with a partner listed on this page.
Start the RTMP encoder and send live video to Videolinq. Go Live.
Ask the operator to send captions.
Confirm you see closed captioning on the preview player.
Configure one or more destinations for the live broadcast.
